RETURNS & EXCHANGESPaz AlvarezHow to exchange your purchase: Customers can request a product exchange within a maximum period of 30 (Thirty) days from the date of purchase, through the following steps: 1.-E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, explaining why you want to exchange your purchase, attaching a photo of the product and the sales document. 2.-In the course of 3 (Three) business days your request will be answered, indicating if it applies or not. (India Chic SpA reserves the right to review the exchange request). 3.-If the exchange is approved, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. You must send us the product to the address that we provide you by email. If you want to exchange your product for another of higher value, you must pay the price difference. If the exchange is for a lower value product, you must choose another product so that the total to be paid is equal to or greater than the value of the product to be exchanged. No refund of the remaining price difference will be done, nor balance in favor will be accrued. The product or products must be unused, with the corresponding labels and in perfect conditions, including the original packaging or boxes and the ticket or sales receipt. Products that have been altered, personalized and with adjustments (hems, darts, etc.) cannot be exchanged. Products on sale have no exchange. India Chic does not refund money. In the event that the product or products do not comply with the indicated protocol or it is evident that they had been used or altered by the customer, there is no possibility of exchange and they will be returned to the sender.
